Above all our client was looking for an overall improvement in the grounds surrounding the building and to ensure the landscaping stood up to the standards and reputation that the clinic adheres to on a daily basis in their business.
We drafted up a full landscape master plan for the entire site and an outline landscape appraisal document with recommendations. The design landscape design consisted of the new specimen trees along the main avenue, the car park and open spaces surrounding the building.
Existing planting beds were cleared and replanted with suitable shrubs and herbaceous plants for all year round colour. Along with these beds other new planting areas were created and the existing raised planters were planted with a formal box hedge. New saucer planters were installed with colourful seasonal planting and box balls. A new post and rail fence with beech hedge was installed to create a new defined boundary.
The site is an ongoing project with new improvements being carried out each year following the landscape master plan.
