This garden design and implementation project was completed in August 2014.
The patio has been laid with Silver granite slabs inset with a row of black basalt setts.
Beach cobbles act as a topdressing that compliments the granite patio but also provides a low maintenance solution for the client.
The lower section of the rear garden has been laid out in lawn with a granite cobble edge border. The plant beds have been planted with a low laurel hedge.
The walls on the upper section of the garden have been clad with pressure treated shiplap timber.
The planting scheme incorporates a number of specimen shrubs, groundcover planting and specimen trees. Plant varieties include bamboo, grasses, ferns and hydrangeas.
